These are the Traxxas electric Rustler & Stampede 2WD Rear Talon Extreme Tires Mounted on Satin Chrome 2.8″ Wheels with 12mm Hexes. These are set up for use on the REAR only. The tires come pre-glued to the wheels with foam inserts installed.
