4-amp DC Peak Detecting Fast Charger!
For quick, convenient, hassle-free charging, a 4-amp DC fast charger is included to maximize runtime and minimize down time. The included NiMH charger uses a standard 12-Volt DC power outlet (a car accessory/cigarette lighter port) for universal high-output charging. The brilliant LED provides charging status as soon as the battery is connected. The charger is optimized for charging your Traxxas iD Power Cell NiMH battery. Peak-detection circuitry makes sure the battery receives a full charge every time. The status LED flashes green to indicate when charging is in progress, then turns solid green when charging is complete for foolproof charging, peak performance, and maximum runtime.

Traxxas Power Cell ID 7-Cell Battery Pack
Stampede VXL includes the new Traxxas Power Cell ID Battery Pack to make sure you experience all the performance that’s been engineered into your Traxxas model. The Stampede VXL now also includes a 4-amp DC charger, meaning you can charge the battery pack in under an hour, right from a standard 12V accessory port in a vehicle.

Power Cell packs are optimized for free-flowing power and maximum punch with premium quality, low-resistance cells; flexible, silicone-jacketed 12-gauge wire; heavy-duty welded tabs; and Traxxas’ high-output, gold plated, high-current Traxxas ID connectors. Precision assembly with attractive, individually wrapped cells and clear overwrap complete the Traxxas Power Cell package, and seven cells give Stampede VXL 8.4 volts of motivation for maximum speed.

The Velineon VXL-3s forward/reverse electronic speed control simplifies brushless technology with easy operation that gives you all the control you need for maximum fun. Quickly choose from 3 drive profiles in exactly the same manner as other Traxxas electronic speed controls (such as the XL-5). Profiles include: Sport, Race, and Training Mode (patented). Training Mode limits full-throttle power to 50% allowing young or new drivers to safely develop their control skills before unleashing the full-throttle capability of the Velineon system.
