This is the Traxxas TRX-4 Sport Front and Rear Locking Differential Upgrade Kit, complete with T-Lock Cables and Servos.
For full control, this requires at least a 3-channel transmitter with a 3-position switch. The Traxxas 6507R 4-channel transmitter and receiver set is recommended.
